About habbo fixing certain things.

You might remember the competition a few months ago about the new public room (the oasis) and about the comp to get to choose the name... remember?

Well everyone sent in names thinking that the best one would actually be chosen, right? Wrong.. Take a look at this thread: http://www.habboxforum.com/showthread.php?t=998

Firstly check the date it was published (2004) and scroll down to where >Max< found the externals for the new public rooms.

Now if they had decided on a new room being called the oasis all the way back in 2004, then why did they hold a competition to ask us what it should be called when it was going to be named the oasis all along? A lot of people dont know about this so dont post saying its old news, as far as Im concerned everyone has forgotten, its just some genuine proof of how corrupt Habbo are.

Everyone has forgotten because no-one cares. The Oasis, like all public rooms, was a nice novelty but the "WOW A NEW ROOM" effect wore off months and months ago. And we already have proof of how corrupt habbo are. The rare re-release thing when they released the mono instead of the "Orb Of Doom?" And people not getting prizes? We dont need 6 month old proof that no-one neither remembers nor cares about.

The fact that the person who told me about this is now a HabboX reflects alot on your judgement, if your fellow safety icons care enough about Habbo insulting their intelligence then why shouldnt everyone else be told so they can make up their own mind?

At the end of the day, there are more important things than public rooms. No competitions are real, like the iPod competitions on some hotels (inc UK) none have ever been given out.

We're used to having out intelligence insulted by habbo staff. We dont even think about it any more because its just part of habbo life. Theres nothing we can do about it. Sulake is big brother, we are the housemates. If we write, we get an automated email saying "Did you choose the "other" option by accident?" then when we reply to that saying "no" we get the same email back. We dont care any more, its much more interesting to speculate what the next rare is going to be and how much itll be worth etc.

And can you run your 1st statement by me again?

Lol, its not the fact that theres a public room called the oasis, I know its kinda late at night and im sorry for sounding rude but you are very slow :s Its the fact alot of people were duped into sending in names for something that had already been fixed, I personally dont use Habbo anymore i just thought that alot of people should know.

That's very good news. It's always interesting to see some hard evidence of how Habbo fixes competitions and scams the habbo public.

I don't understand why some of you react so negative to this thread though, just because you already know how Habbo fixes comps doesn't mean everybody does.
