Javscript Popup Options

Hi there. I've decided to work on a newer version of my alert system. I need to know whether it is possible to have a Javascript Popup (that comes up first thing when you visit the page) with the options 'OK' and 'Stop These Alerts'. If you know if this is possible, could you please let me know the code.
