Auto DJ?

I was wondering how do I make auto DJ, like when no DJ is DJing, random songs are played. They had it on HotelViewFM. I had an idea of using radio stats. For Example, when someone REAL is DJing it displays normal radio, when the radio is offline it would display a radio but playing a different URL/IP/ASX File etc.

Probably an IF statement, like IF radio online text is "There is no DJ connected" then play playlist.asx in the player

yeh, thats what I was thinking, but wouldn't an asx file take up loads of space+Bandwidth Lol......*thinks*
