I have been testing out a few things and I just need help with the chmod...

Great idea, I've tried this before but not been successful! Maybe you should do "<?php". It isn't necessary, but it's generally good practice to include it.

Yes, it is pretty simple once I get to understand chmod and I need to find the fuction to un zip "_"
