As I Have No Idea What I Am Doing Could Somebody Please Explain How To Make The Website Design.

I Cant See It I Have cPanel X

ONce you've logged in, you'll see loads of options like


File Manager
Web mail
MySQL Database

ect.

So, to edit your website, go to file manager

And you'll see a folder called public_html

click on the little folder new to the name, and it will open up

If you have your layout stored on your computer, click on upload and upload it all, or just go on create file and create index.html (Make sure its on HTML Document, not text or any others)

Delete this folder and all files under it
Rename this folder
Change Permissions
Move this folder
Copy this folder

then you should go down and see index.html
