This took us quite a long time, originally it was going to contain confirmation emails but I was having difficulty making a working mailer, it was giving an annoying undetailed error.

I did do a nice interface for it, which has broken for some reason, I am attempting to fix it :P The interface is at http://www.tim-rogers.co.uk/danny/timindex.php

- if email and site name are blank, leave a error message.
- email is sent to the email, to stop people puting fake emails
- Add credits onto cutenews
