I have been doing some research on habbo and talking to habbo staff on habbo hotel UK and they have given me some rare values:

marquee= 0.3cs
snow globe= 1cs
red festive fan= 1.2cs
elf green dragon lamp= 1.2cs
bronze elephant= 3cs
red silk pillow= 0.5cs
throne sofa= 2cs
russian tea lamp= 0.8cs
hammock= 0.8cs
