I have a lot of experience to do pretty much anything my current vbulletin forum i own is www.webdtalk.com. I am not happy with just having 1 lol. I can do anything from installing skins to installing hacks complete vbulletin installation. Forums, usergroups, vip etc. Anything else just ask i am sure i can do it if not i found someone else to :).
