Some people still have old names somehow.

When caught by a mod however, they are removed.

I heard that when people could make them, they wouldn't get them banned if they placed one piece of furniture on them :s

Alt coded name's only work when you have a Correct code first.. Anyway, that habbo either has used a program to get that name or is an old name.

EDIT: Habbo have patched out alt codes in names now.
