Impossible, look at it zoomed in, it has over 10 shades of each colour, I know, Ive tried the colour replacement thing. So even if you did make it, it couldnt of been in ms paint.

I used a free trial of jasc to make it. Then it didnt work. When i saved it, the colours went all weird i think i saved as PNG :(. So i tried to fix it with MS paint. Thats probably why there are loads of colours.
