In the tunnel the more creatures you kill generally the better the reward. The more normal creatures you kill the better the random stuff is like runes, if you kill all the brothers you get a better chance of getting barrows.
If you had a decent mage level, use fire blast =)

Hard task at that level. If you are certain that you want too go make sure you bring sharks, prayer pots and fire blast spells. Alternatively you could do it in turns and I suggest not spending too long in the tunnel.

They brothers don't actually drop anything and either do the monsters inside really, - of any decencieeee :P When you get too the chest you get a possible reward of a peice of barrows armour ranging from the worth of 100k too 6million O.o Its unlikely though you also get runes and stuff.

Your combat doesnt affect what you get from the chest..all you need to do is kill all 6 brothers and hope you get a gd reward.
