I Don't Drink Enough :l

I know it's stupid.. But I don't drink enough!! I probably only have one drink when i'm having dinner... I just forget!! And now i'm starting to get really dizzy sometimes, is it caused by this?

I hardly ever drink - i sometimes don't even have one drink a day. I udes to get bad headaches but I don't get them anymore, or if i do i don't notice.
And i don't forget to drink, i just don't get thirsty, but i'd suggest trying to drink about 5 glasses a day coz not drinking isn't a good thing.

The dizziness isn't from from dehydration.
You need to start drinking atleast 6 glasses of water a day.
