His mum was reading a Qur'an while he was watching a television then he beat his mum for disturbing him watching it. His mum then turned him into a stingray. Mind you all it's not that she got a magical power or anything it's with the god's permission after she prayed to Him to turn her son into a stingray. To see how the stingray looks like follow the link below, it's not just a normal stingray, it has got the boy's face on it. Scary... and eww
