Hey,

I'll get to the point and let you all know that the sulake staff known as Enigma did pass away, I have spoke to a close friend of mine who is now an ex hobba, they were one of Enigma's closest friends on Habbo and off it and they confirmed that he has indeed passed away.

I am posting this to stop the threads about him not dying, I honestly have no clue why the hotel sent out an alert saying he is alive as he is not. All we know from before Christmas is that he was suffering from an illness.

Noone's name who provided this information wont be given out, Please stop the threads about it, This will be the last one please. My thoughts and prayers are with his wife and children, rest in peace.

You dont have to believe this thread, Frankly I couldnt give a damn, This is the truth as his name shouldnt be tarnished by silly kids saying he died in a car crash, Everytime they hear someone died over the net they automatically assume it was a car crash, No more threads about this subject please.

Personally, I didn't hear any rumours over Enigma dying or even anything about Enigma, maybe it was just because I wasn't looking at Habbo UK News and Rumours. Wow, I sorta liked Enigma, he used to be known as Y0RKIE I think, never knew anything about his illness sort've thing. Well you're right about the automatic "Car Crash-Death" assumption made by many people at least. Saying that you don't care that someone has died is pathetic, pointless, heartless... well to be honest, you should just keep comments like that to yourself.

Beetlejooce posted this on Habbos.co.uk:

MOD-UK/Enigma/Y0RKIE was a Habbo UK Moderator who died on boxing day.

I am posting this in utter grief and distress which is something all the Staff of Habbo are feeling.

Contrary to what the pillocks at Habbox are saying he did not die in a car crash, he was extremely ill man who had been suffering for quite some time.

The whole of the Staff team are extremely upset by the news of his passing and are reacting as you would expect us to when you hear that a friend and colleague has died.

We are sickened by the way certain members of the Habbo Commnunity are behaving to this tragic news.

I'm sure I speak for all the Sulake staff when I say Enigma was a true Moderating legend and one who is already being sorely missed.

Please be patient with us when sending calls for help.

I'm not one for heartfelt condolence speeches and all that, i'll pay my respects in my own way in due course but Enigma was nice guy and i know for certain that anyone who knew him will miss him greatly.

Most people on here probably weren't old enough, but the whole world was gripped by Princess Diana's death.. and hundreds of thousands off people paid respect to her. It's REALLY not about WHO dies, but the fact they are no longer here. Some folk really need to grow up, and show some respect, nobodys asking you to cry over this or anything..but the comments saying " i don't care" are completely uncalled for.. guess that's what happens when you deal with kids, who actually aren't mature or old enough to understand life :|

I think what some of the people in this thread find hard to grasp is that someone who may be relatively unknown to some can still have more respect than those other people will ever have, Enigma was one of the small group of people who will always stand out and be known in a community such as Habbohotel because of his status as a Moderator, anyone with half a brain should realise that on a site with millions of registered users that someone who has a position of authority is going to be well known and so is bound to attract attention with this type of news, it's the same everywhere, if an average Joe on the street passes away only family and friends will know about it whereas if a tv celebrity or some outstanding member of the community passes away then it goes all over the news and everyone knows about it.

So as i said before, if those people posting the "I don't care and why should anyone else" comments really feel that way then go post somewhere else, the forum is more than big enough so leave threads like these to the people that actually do give a damn about others, regardless of whether they knew Enigma personally or not.

Not to offend but your grandfather didn't play Habbo nor was he a Moderator. Although I don't see the importance of all these threads because everyone dies, plus I never knew of him so it doesn't really occur to me.

Just R.I.P is all I say, even though I never knew him.

Its been requested by his close friend that I dont disclose any further information, his wife is still a Habbo user for the moment I think and if she deems it appropriate/necessary she will inform you all of what illness he suffered from.

Theres a difference between constantly mourning someone and not forgetting about them, obviously she is not forgotten if even you can still remember her ;)

I still think it's bull because no one will remember that Enigma died next year.
Kinda like how since Enigma died, all the people who said "We'll never forget you" about Ducky had totally forgot about her.

Uh people will remember next year, as it was someone with a status on the hotel, more specificially a mod.. so not EVERYONE will forever, unless your completely stupid..and have the memory span of a fish, you don't tend to forget something like this. And i dunno who "ducky" is..so i can't comment

lilduckie was a hobba who died of cancer last year.
The same thing happened on the forum, as it did with Enigma on the forum.
So it seems history is doomed to repeat itself.

its a disgrace if he has died that habbo have done nothing to commemorate him or honour him for his services

if they leave people unsure to believe if he is alive or not then of course there will be rumours and idiots making things up

Swearing and bumping a 1 year old thread? I know some people can be inconsiderate, and I know this is an upsetting subject, but that post wasnt exactly a great way to leave your condolences...
