Is this ok: my mate who is 16 is has left runescape and is giving me his account. Is that against the rules? If it is i wont accept it but if its not i would really like it. It has stats like 77 fletch 83 woodcut. I really want it, so is this against the rules?

Each account should only be used by ONE person. Account sharing is NOT allowed.You may not sell, transfer or lend your account to anyone else, or permit anyone else to use your account, and you may not accept an account that anybody else offers you.
So I think that means, no.
