i have done it many times .. still wont let me sign in keep getting trouble shoot

exit messenger and open again. not just click X, end it from the task bar

same .. i just installed live messenger . when i try signing using msn 7.5 its still the same :( keep getting troubleshoot .. but msn webmessenger work for me

Habbox-Gal I used to get this,i just exited msn restarted a few times then tried and uninstalled it and reinstalled, and restarted a few times again and it worked, it's probably just a busy server in you're Area.

With my frend he had a virus. So virus scannn

ive scan for virust . no virus found . still the same .. but msn web messenger worked for me but msn 7.5 and 8.0 dosent how weird

Pres cntrl alt and delete then go to Proccesors and end any dodgey looking ones.

Are you sure someone hasn't frozen your MSN account? This means that someone, with a special program, has stopped that account from logging into MSN.

Try logging into Hot'mail and see if that works.

lol no i used msn web messenger now and is working and im on it appearing offline but it dosent work and sign me on .. on msn 7.5 0r 8.0

I get this a lot aswell i used to have to reset my comp or sign of the internet and back on and it would work.

Is that windows live 8? The pictures is too small
Restart your computer? Turn it off, Then back on and try again

yuh its window live 8 and ive restart my comp turn it off 30mins ago

Try exiting MSN and then reloading it again, works most times.

If that dont work, follow these steps:

Control Panel > Add or remove programs > MSN Messenger (click remove) > http://messenger.msn.com > Download.
