You are so gona get owned at Mage Bank. Seriously, its a 90+ combat area, any1 below 90 gets owned pretty fast.

Damage Inc - 180 members with average lvl of 121.
Mystic Knights (Im here =) ) - 190 members, 35 of them 120+, All lvl 100+
Runescape Dinasty - 200 Members , 120 Combat Average

There are about 30-40 clans that have 100+ combat average....

I suggest f2p pking, cuz p2p, ur going for big losses.
