You've underestimated the toning and if this is snow the whole hotel wouldnt be blue would it? It would keep its original colours with snow lining.

Yeah this definately belongs in Recolors,
Its nice but it needs snow fall,habbos in warm clothing,snowmen, things liek that

+ why would the hotel become the color blue in winter?
It could be white and covered in snow
By why blue? 5/10
