habbolayouts.com << not the best but only website there is I think.

Habbox.us << Click content I think and then templates/graphics .. something like that. maybe goodies.

habbogb.co.uk << I think, I'm not sure f the link works, but they deff have templates.

Could and one make and code me a template once my server is online i will host your site for free. May take a while for my server to be completed as i have never done it befor lol.
