I've heard rumours that there are 2 meteorites heading towards Earth!
One is to just fly by and miss planet earth but the other is to smash right into our planet, whiping us all out!!!

*sigh* Anyone ever check those conspiricy boards on the internet. There was this guy who claimed to of travelled back in time, pretty convincing too. He claimed that there was going to be a civil war in the USA towards the end of 2005/early 2006 which would finish in 2016 by Russia nuking them. Looks like thats not going to happen.

I just wish those dam meteors would stop taking their bloody sweet time.

Aye, was ment to happen in the millenium. Was also ment to happen like in 2003 or 2002.. quite frankly don't really care.. I think, if it was something major to worry about, we'd be warned, then having said that, the government and everyone else related to it are completely useless anyway, so we probably wouldn't get a warning. For the time being i think it's nonsense.

That was the millenium bug, and it actually did happen for like 10 mins. I remember when they did the millenium lottery draw and the machines wouldnt turn on. Was rather funny =]

Yea, back in 1980 they though we would have colonised the moon and mars by 2000 along with spreading to the stars, we didnt quite reach that exspctaion, so guessing a techolagal advcance is such a short time fraim is raily a correct assumtrion as to the events patten
