Hey There!
Well, the other day i login to the Hotel and go in my room moving furni an stuff..Then i get this weird alert which said *Thinks of banning*
So i sent a CFH to ask the MODS what they were up t and MOD-Moose came to tell me NO alerts were on my record, therefor NO MOD could have sent it, only someone who isn't a MOD.
I asked her the chances of someone being in Housekeeping and sending me them and her are her words
"It's happened many times before, so it's bound to happen again!"
Oh and heres some other alerts they sent:
"Why are you callin the MODS? They can't help you"
"That MOD is stupid. Do you really think i would display it on your record"
"Stop reffering to me as he!"
"Theres more than one of us!"
"Why're we keepin it low? We dont wanna get caught! :P"
Really weird, think someone really could be in Housekeeping?

First of all, you can TELL us about the many many alerts but can you SHOW us one of them? It would of been better to post a screenshot of youtself talking with MOD-Moose, and some of the alerts which may of made this sound more believable.

i heard that, Lots did, But in actual FACT, It isnt ip's it goes by. It goes by certificates, Only Moderators and staff with special certificates installed on their pc can access Housekeeping. This is a fact. Although i personally cannot prove it, Choose to believe what you will, But its safe as houses :P

If someone did manage the task of getting into housekeeping, which won't happen any time soon, why would they use their powers to send alerts to some randomer, out of everything they could do.

I was alerted by certain member of habbo Staff who was taken over last year, and It was rude, I did ask a moderator and a hobba, and they told me that they couldn't check alert logs, Hmm, Perhaps things have changed now. :o
But perhaps they were saying that to throw me off, and pretend everything was of my imagination, anyway, thats my story of the alert i got once. Lol.

If you are using a certain scripting program (which i cannot name)
and another user in the room is using it, or userS.
There is a way to alert everyone who is using that scripting program in the room, that is the ONLY way you can alert people without being on Housekeeping or being a MODERATOR or HABBO STAFF.
If a person is using a scripting program, and alerts, and no one in the room other than that person is using a scripting program, no one will see any alert. OK?

A screenie of an alert is no use these days, they can be created through scripting, or just alted. And to be honest, i don'tagree with this thread.

MODS can send an alert to anyone in the Hotel via just the Hotel Screen!
no they really can't...they can only do it remotely via housekeeping.

When a moderator alerts you, it depends on what type of alert it is, to whether or not it will appear on your record. If a moderator did a room alert and you was the only one who received the message, as nobody else was in the room, then the alert message would not appear on your record. Only alerts sent to individuals are stored on your record. That's coming from an ex-hobba (not me).

MOD-Moose said her friend had same problem last year an it turned out to be a Hobba messing her around
MOD-Mandi said it might be a glitch or a script and she will pass the info onto the Technicians

I still don't think you got alerted, because remote alerts can only go through housekeeping, and if a mod isn't in the room they can't alert you.

I'm sure there are ways to send messages and such. However knowledge of how to do this is far, far, far beyond the knowledge of the average Habbo user.

SonicMouse didn't do anything, and I've been informed that much the source for Habbit came from Hook.
Staff going on fake logins has nothing to do with actual hacking. Also, 2HD, the CIA homepage has been defaced before ;)
Edit: It's also been claimed that Sonic stole scripts from Rak and Jeff and claimed them for his own ;)

Just to back you up. there, staff members have lost their passwords by trying to log onto these "fake" hotels. They used their mod account and the password was sent to the owner
Also "Way beyond the average player" It is, people with the skills to do such are most probabally exploiting a mainstream game or an MMO, Habbo Hotel is meant for youngsters, and does not usually appeal to everyone

Room alerts dont do, which would mean a Habbo Staff member would be in the room with you. The other one is Hotel Alerts which would have been seen by everyone.
If Moose said there were none on your record and nobody was in the room with you, there couldn't have been any sent...

The reason I personally wouldnt think it happened because you said mod-moose said there were no actions on your account... no actions means no alerts, because you cant delete actions.

Edit: for the flaw in the system - Alerts have to be sent through the system to get to your account, so they wouldnt be logged. There is always the chance of error when searching your Habbo name, so a mod or staff member you know could have done it. Theres still a chance. No "hacker" though.

no1 can acsess HK since they got soem safty on it now witch only allows serain IPs on it

You can't sue Sulake no matter what Terms & conditions, also you are actualy renting the furni and not buying so thats how they get out of it.

No, they lied about keeping your personal information safe, you can sue over that. Also, they use certs now ;) They get out of paying you money back by saying you "rent" furni, but they can't get out of lying over personal info. Well, when Becs was HM and PrincessMinny uncovered a paedophile ring using Habbo to find children Becs said "ban them and thats all, no longer our problem", shows the level of corruption in Sulake.
