Simply because i find it boring and i want to get on with my life.

I will still use the forums but i will hardly post in the Runescape section.

Because if they only update members what are the non-members that can't afford membership gonna think? "Oh JaGex are only in this for the money" that isn't true though they are more into the idea of making something popular that loads of people can have fun on

I know what you mean, i havent been on for a few weeks. Doubt ive quit permamently but doing the same thing over and over and over again is getting really tedious. Rs was becoming more of a chore than anything else.
