Reported an Ex Hobba - Moderator Warns me for it [Archive]

I reported an ex hobba (who shall remain nameless) who was repetedly breaking the bobba filter.

To my shock and Surprise, I got this message back...

It also kicked me out of the room when alerting.

Mod-omega was the only moderator online at the time of this alert.

That's what it is. They dont care if a hobba did anything. I've seen one hobba who shall not be named as well who told someone to "F off". This person was a newbie.

he shouldnt have to be banned he called for help ! and the moderators favour the Hobbas when they should treat everyone equally the moderators are the ones who are abusing the habbos for calling for help when everyone encourages it if you need help

Stop being Stupid I bet at least everyone who is saying, Mods are stupid for that have at least avoided filter once and they have better things to do then Banning a Ex-hobba for avoiding filter, when people are being scammed. :@

The real scenario was more than likely that he spammed the call for help with a problem that didn't need any action. Exactly how was this ex-hobba "breaking" the bobba filter? was it offensive?

Typical vague thread with no details whatsoever made to make mods look bad.

But not always. Sometimes there are words that can be used in a non-offensive context that are filtered, or you get a "bobba" from putting two or more words together, like when people say "if u can" (I remember that used to get filtered, not sure if it still does) or similar.

Exactly and when things like this catch the filter you will nearly always have someone close by who will call for help out of pure spite.

I had made one previous call that night and the offender was Banned, this thread isn't aimed at Making Moderator's look bad, as i appreciate mods very much (or did) I made this thread to show people that Moderator's are not doing their job properly, and are clearly wrong in the alert saying that i sent a false call for help, which i didn't.

I have lost all respect i had for Habbo Hotel moderator's, or atleast for some.

Believe what you wan't to believe, Im sure anyone could make a thread like this and lie about the situation, but im not. :eusa_wall

Has anyone else had a Similar experience? Were you wrongly accused by a Moderator? :rolleyes:

I would bet 100% that you reported something but when a log was checked there was no evidence of it (I've seen calls like "OMG so_n_so is being really abusive and violent" yet all the log has in is the word "hiya!!".

It does happen - you'd not have gotton that alert if someone WAS actually doing something bad, and I know it.
