I don't want to be in a nursing home if/when I'm old.

I don't want to fail high school.
I don't want to lose my best friend.
I don't want to ever have a manual-shift car.
I don't want to completely lose my friend to drugs and alcohol.
I don't want to live somewhere really cold.

I don't want to permanently injure/disable myself. It's terrible if you're paralyzed permanently, the documentaries I've seen on TV, I feel so sorry for those who are. ;[
