Which should I get?

Which Monitor should I get? I am definetly getting a 19" Flat Panel. I don't know which one to get, though.

more to the point, what's the response time of each (e.g. 16ms, 8ms..), which will matter if you're interested in gaming performance, and do they come with a warranty? If they do it doesn't matter if they break because you can just get another one through the warranty.
