Hello, I run a Habbo organisation called R.Games.Inc, and I recruit experienced Habbos such as yourself to host games and recruit others. Our website explains pretty much everything:

There are no ranks; when you read the guidelines click Contact Us on the site and send in your apps. On Habbo, you will be interviewed and if you have what it takes you can join up.
The pay works on a system I believe is fair for all. Most people will start in recruitment. You must recruit one or two Habbos, then you send the name to myself and you move to Host Staff, where you use my furniture to host games, etc.
Sometimes a Patrol Staff application might be open. You can guess what they do :P
Why be a Patrol Staff? - You get perm rights to kick flooders, scammers, etc, when a Host is hosting a game. Rather than having to concentrate on a game, you can enjoy yourself, and collect some of the end profit. Good work is rewarded, too :P
Why be a Host Staff - You are payed all the winnings of one game minus the prize, provided by yourself, if I am not in the room at the time. If you used a Patrol Staff, you must pay him too. If I am; you will get half of it, and I will give the prize. If you wish to play for fun; that's fine. Note: You do get paid quite a bit when you recruit 3 people into R.games.Inc
Why bother joining up? I've got my own furni!- If you join up; you can get paid on top of the normal P2S and revenges you might get. It's also a way to make friends and get more experience. If you have furniture to host your own games; but not a great deal; I have quite a few Rares that might make room design and games more appealing to the eye and the player.
Super Staff positions are awarded to hard workers whom I see often in the place.
Why be Super Staff? -They have perminant rights, too, and get paid more.
Remember: Experience makes your application shine. Don't just write "I need furni plz accept" or "Can I be Super Staff?" I'm looking for clear-typing Habbos that like what they do, and do what they like.
