Design Layout

Im looking for a design layout not coded for 1hc at the most
I want a watermarked version first so I can see it.
It has to be a nice user friendly layout kind of like the one used on www.csgg.tk (http://www.csgg.tk) but I would prefer it to be silver or turqouise.

As you know I attempted to make one but I decided I would be better off getting one designed.
TwoWorlds, As I know you are good at web design could you perhaps create me a layout?

CSGG is down but i've seen their layout and basically them layouts are rated 11th in the top 50 of popular layouts now.

Try and come up with something different and original and you'll be buzzing.
