I love that blue colour so I had to use it. Those dotty things are sparkles or little details. The band on her hand is just something I put on all my alterations. Didnt bother making it transparent though. Please rate it..

Aww that's really good, love the dress adn the sparkles are sweet ;P and i agree with the shoe thing, try making them a silver/greyish white? ;D

I love the shoes colour :o
The dress is super, only bit of C+C is the detail looks a bit lopsided... Anyway ideas hmm... Try doing some different styles you no... a ghetto one, a gothicish one, punky, hippyish, surfer etc...
