I GOT HACKED AND LOOK WHAT MODS HAD TO SAY!

I got hacked on the 24th January, lost all my rares. I won most of them rares in comps that callie sent me. I decided one day, just to search my name on navigator. I notcied a room called Pendulum with a love heart at the end. I didnt know that habbo so i went into the room. ALL my rares were in that room! I reported this to Mods 28 times over 3 days. Not one of them were answered. I have used the Habbo Help tool 4 times and just keep on getting Auto Replys! I feel cheated. No wonder sulake make ALOT of profit! Also could anyone please tell me or PM me Redtiz's Sulake email, as i have heard that she is the best Sulake staff. Thanks, Pendulum

(About 20 of them)
I only had 2 rares left
And i didn't go flooding Sulakes email boxes, i just didn't do nothing.

The fact that you cannot be fully responsible for your furni is a completely different matter. In order to look after our furni, we need Habbo to be safe and Moderated in order for us to do that. Like a baby I suppose, they cannot feed without their mother.

Yes we have to be responsible in person with our PC's, but we need Habbo to do the same with their systems. Therefore they really should use this old system they had which logged when furni was traded, who to and where it is.

When someone doesn't have enough logic to decline files through messenger or visit websites containing infected Habbo programs, they will get their accounts stolen- not just on Habbo.

I agree, I recently got hacked, (no clue how, i anit got a keylogger or given out my pass), but, even tho I cann't think of HOW I got hacked, it isn't Sulake's fault, it's the obbessed nerds that have nothing better too do than steal other peoples pixels.

On sulake.com you can find the e-mail adresses of the MOD's if I'm right, but you'll probably spam them aswell. 28 times every 3 days is just being dumb and impatient.

And how does scamming make more money to sulake? It just makes people unhappier and they'll be more likely to leave, so less people will buy stuff.

Secondly, have all you people been sleeping on habbo? Don't you know that it's impossible to get furniture back? Every piece of furniture got their own code, but it's impossible to know who owns what 'code'. Also without reall proof there is no chance that the scammer gets banned. You all think they only ban flooders and people who swear, well DUH! they are the easiest to catch, if you guys just think a little more than you could trick the scammer to come to your room and explain what he/she is going to do, this way the MOD's have reall proof and the scammer will be really banned, but be patience, MOD's have a life too.

I got hacked into or soemthing twice losing morew and more of my furnio eahc time. I sent a thing via the habbo help tool and it was 3 monthes (literally) before I got a response. And that was an automated response that had the list of FAQ's on and none answered my question. I'm now far richer than befroe because although I'd bought creds then and haven't now then I've traded alot better and didn't realize the rare vlalues thing, so I traded my hc sofa when I was in habo club for 2 red pillows, which I then traded for 30 creds of funi each, anfd considered myself getting a very very good deal. But it does say on the habbo help tool that you get a response quickl. I wiated 3 monthes and didn't even get a relevated response.

You can't deny that surely sulake ought to send you a non-automated email within less than 3 monthes, or at least an automated email that answers your query within a week or 2. I know I didn't download a keylogger, because when I lost my furni the computer was so old it completely crashed if you tried to download anything bigger than a web page (and that took a couple of minutes). And you might say that it's only pixe furniture, and maybe it is, but you did pay real money for this [ixel furnture.

It happened to me, but my secret account, which I never mentioned. I had about 30t, 3 DJ Decks, 4 Dinos, and a few little trophies etc. I am guessing habbo deleted the account or something after taking the furni. As I was acused as getting it all by hacking, which is a lie. I have never told anyone this as I kept on getting acused of hacking, so thats why I moved accounts, yonks ago. To this day I have never owned anything so much as a majestic. Only because I don't spend money on habbo no more.

I know that when Ilost all my furniture I hadn't been on any habbo fnasites at all. So no scamsites either. i didn't have msn messenger or anything and give my password out or give anyone my password. An d so, I don't see how I could have downloaded a keylogger, ewspecially as the computer took over 2 minutes to download a single webpage. And I'm sure I didn't give my pasword to anyone or go on scamsites.

I found a scamsite the other day, it was really convincing though, excpet I realized staright away whta I'd done after I typed my passowrd into the fake check in box so I went back on and changed my real habbo pass and it was ok.
