*Suggestion* Rare Prices

Just a suggestion. For each time the rare prices guide has changed, to add the date it last changed (maybe there is one already, i just can't see it)

Also, and an arrow next to each 1, Green up arrow if the price has risen, Red down arrow if it has been decreased and and Even/Equals sign in yellow/amber if it is the same as it was last update.
