MOD-Elux is out of line- again

first, when mod alpha picked up my throne, and dino egg, i reported it, no reply, so i waited till today and reported it, MOD-Elux said, i am not refunding you, because it is your problem, it isnt my problem, habbo got hacked, and hacked me.

i told him about how i had bought over 200 credits to buy the throne, he said, well buy more creds and get another 1 then, i find this out of order, then he has now banned my account for 24 hours, for swearing, and offensive nature, i dont even know what it means, i am only 12

what do u think should happen??

Wait until your ban ends, you shouldn't have sworn, you still did break the habbo way. Contact Habbo about it if this did happen, see what they can do about refunding.

Thats not stricktly true, when i was hacked, i had to email her (Like many other Habbos, even famous ones. I wouldnt say im famous that just makes me sound snobbish ^_^)

Atleast she did the job though. GlitterKat replyed and never replyed back.

I've found Elux to be a most agreeable person and staff member who does much more work than most of the other MODs. If you were indeed 'hacked' you should email habbo and wait for a reply, they have logs of what was taken by the MOD account that was used.

I don't think they refunded everyone.. I think they only refunded those who lost large amounts.
