In my opinion Emma Monks (Redtiz) is the current 'best' staff member. It seems that she is being successful with her role in the Habbo X scheme, and it's pleasing that she made an effort to trace the people that were hacked in the MOD-Alpha issue and refund them!

Couldn't agree more.

I think the staff do, do their fair share within their own roles, but I admit that Emma has been doing a better job for the Habbo Public recently. :]
