Nope. There isnt.

For free to play I think the blue robes are your best bet.

However, for pay to play I'm quite certain zamorak robes offer better mage attack and defence bonuses.

If your F2P - Wear Blue wiz top, blue wiz hat and monk or shade robes for prayer bonus

P2P - above but zammy bottoms instead of monk

F2P - My pure mage is lvl 83 magic with 55 combat and has 2 def( accidently)

i wear:

blue wiz hat
black/blue wiz top ( same stats but the black wiz hat is rubbisher)
leather chaps
leather vambraces
boots
mage ammy
antifire shield
cape
and a staff!

best clothes for pure mage without prayer and def for f2p

Yup rashelly's right blue mystic top zammy bottoms, and use a Red Gnome hat for some bonuses also =]
