Hey there
My problem is simple. I want to eat, but i can hardly find foods that i like! The list goes on to foods that i don't like. I don't eat any meat, not because I think its wrong, because I don't like it. I don't eat much dairy other than the odd bit of cheese and yoghurt. I love fruit and vegetables, but my mum won't pay for them, as I end up eating them. I can't it lots of chocolate, i feel really sick. I can eat fish, aslong as it hasn't got a head [ickk]. I don't eat ANY pasta. The only thing i can really say I like is bread, but I can't survive on that. Does anyone know of any like vitamins/mineral tablets that are good if you don't eat dairy or meat? And also, I don't like the quorn vegetarian things, i think they're rank! Has anyone got any small recipes or ANYTHING that i can try. Thanks x

i actually got to agree but it could have been said nicer :P theres people in the world that would love to have any bit of food they can get :\ dont be so picky and eat it wont kill ya who cares bout the taste u'll get used to it if u eat it often

i dont think there are any kinds of vitamins you can take because its mostly subscription. tell your mom you like fruits and vegetables and if she doesnt buy them i swaer to god

you will get sick!

Try a different selection of foods, there must be surely some stuff you will like on the way :)

Tablets won't do much, vitamin tablets are to help boost the level of vitamins collected in your body, only eating them will result in a bad diet and yes you'll gain sickness.

You really need to eat alot more food because your body needs it to maintain its health. You have to go about your own decissions and you really need to buck up your mental strength on trying new foods.
I feel our advice is valid but its up to you to gain a healthy diet "/

Lmao, well like some others said, try something new. Who knows, you might find something delicious. And try to eat those food you hate, you might end up liking them.

Well I Used To Be Like That Then I Realised That You Just Have To Be Healthy And Eat What You Need. Here Are Some Suggestions.

Grate Potatoes,Carrots And Zuchinni[cant spell] And Add Flour And Eggs And Herbs And Make Vege Fritta's Mmmmmmm. I Love Them With Sweet Chilli Sauce. Try Protien Shakes If You Really hate Eating They Come In Chocolate But Are No Substitue For REAL Food

I am a very fussy eater. I want to like more foods but i just don't like them. Chocolate i love, basically most sweets i like, yet i hate marzipan and a certain type of biscuit. I hate nuts. I hate most fish except tuna and salmon. I don't go too much on meat, i can eat it but don't like it much. I love bacon. I love most chips yet i don't like them under/over cooked, also i love potatoe wedges. I like jacket potatoes but not the skin, i like my mum's roast potatoes but when my nan cooks em they mingin. I like runner beans, i hate peas. I don't like pasta. I love baked beans. I like cheddar cheese, nt any other. I like strawberry's, watermelon, grapefruit, grapes yet i hate bananas and apples.

blah blah, i say EAT JUNK FOOD TILL U DROP, HAVE A PARTY, i mean heres a ryme i like 2 use if some calls me fatty cuz i eat alot. its corny but

Fat's where its at so i dont wanna get skinny
besides i prefer the bigger heart thats within me :D

Multivitamin tablets are good but designed to assist your food diet, not make up for the foods you're not eating.

If you like fruit and veg then get your mum to buy it, its not that expensive and its designed to be eaten :p Also try other things that you think you dont like, you may just suprise yourself.. :p

Your like me. I hardly eat anything. Most things make me throw up. My mum makes me eat things. Sometimes Holding your nose when eating something can help. I do that with food and it works wonders with medicine for me. I agree with everyone else. Try something different

I suggest you speak with your mum &/or Dad .
Discuss your problem , if they're un-aware . Your mother HAS to buy fruit and vegetables , they're seriously cheap.. cheaper than most fast foods which have NO nutritional value for your body except saturated fat , veg and fruit are exceedingly good for your body and growth .

Speak with your general practioner (GP/family doctor) discuss your problem with him , he will assign you a dietry helper who will talk about your eating habits and help you get into other type's of food groups .

The minerals/vitamins discuss with the pharmasist or doctor/dietry assistant , they will expand on the idea , for a growing teenager you probably will be missing out on most goodness except carbohydrates from bread :rolleyes: I suggest you attempt to get this problem sorted , your brain , growth and short/long term health is at stake .
