Hello.
Just a note that your best not using terrible free webhosts such as freewebs. Your best getting at least a PHP enabled one which tells you how much Bandwith ( Data Transfer ) you get a month.
I'm sure google will help you with this simply search 'Free Webhosts' and it should bring some good ones up. Also if you can try and get a layout. You can get good Graphical Editors such as Adobe Photoshop Here (http://www.Adobe.co.uk). Also if your not much of a skilled coder then I suggest download Macromedia Dreamweaver Here. (http://www.Macromedia.com) Then following the Slicing Guide. (http://www,SlicingGuide.com) it's not suitable for all you CSS fanatics as me but it will do for a Habbo fansite as i'm sure there will not be any tactical validating coders visiting.
Anyway good luck with your site in the future.
Thanks
Dan
