If i sit in the back i don't wear it.. i don't think anyone does, its not the law i guess.

I wear my seatbelt only when going on a journey over 10 minutes. It's not like I time it but in general if I was travelling long distances I would place it over meh lovely neck

Thats how I think it too. A crash when youve been driving for 10 minutes could be just as bad as a crash when youve been driving for an hour

Well yeah, but if you do crash, the amount of damage is the same. Its not 1/6th as bad of injuries in a drive for 10 minutes, its the same as an hour.

So because you're travelling short distances you think you're less likely to have an acident? What are you, an idiot?

Yeah, I have to :(
Well, I don't technically have to.
The people at BMW are very smart, they have invented a way to annoy the hell out of you, so you'll put you're seat belt on.
If you don't its *ding, ding, ding, ding* untill you put it on.
My old car would like ding and then when you put it in gear, it would go off =]

Yeah well thats obvious.. :p Wouldn't it be cool if you drove for 5 hours you would be immune to injury, Carmaggedon!

Do you wear a seatbelt?
My answer..................erm...yes as it's against the law to not wear one by the driver.

Haha, yeah I do. It's the law to wear it here. If you don't, you'll be fined.
or more...depends on if you have an accident.
i think seatbelts in coaches should be made compulsory rather than optional. they're far more dangerous.

Exactly same as me. Anywhere, even down the road. Who knows when you could be in a car accident. You could be by just driving down the road, some idiot could pull out their drive or swirve round the corner and hit your car.
