before you buy a product research it so u know it works aswel as ipod not being gr8 at memory it scratches to easily
ipods are fragile harddrives just like any hard drive in a machine. the slightest fall, stratch or accidental wipe off can ruin it permanently.

I thought apple was great, when I bought my ipod it broke and I called and they sent me a box, I put the ipod in and sent it to Apple, a few days later a brand new ipod came! so I was stupid and asked for an apple powerbook for christmas, it broke, I sent it back to them and they sent me a brand new powerbook! A few months later it broke again, they sent me a box and I sent it away, they didn't fix it, so I called and I get some person who can't even speak english on the phone, and they haven't sent me a box yet to send it away :(

Same here, I did it whilst downloading Itunes to a differant computer
and then when I did so, it updated the ipod to the blank library
