Wrestling blood is not fake!

For those who think wrestling blood is fake, you're totally wrong.

I was reading Ric Flair's new book recently, and he talks about wrestlers blood.

In wrestlers kneepads/armpads there is a razor blade, say when a wrestler hits them with a chair, they put there hand over there head and make the slit.

A small slit will cause alot of blood with little pain.

In Ric Flairs book he says "I was going to make the slit once in a match against Triple H(I think) and got the blade caught in my eye."

Another interesting fact y'didn't know eh?

yeah, they used to get thin capsules and paint them to the colour of the wrestlers skin and place it on their forehead
the reason people think wrestling blood is fake mainly because ric flair makes it look fake, when his hair is totally red with blood.

ive got a dvd of "mick foley - hits and misses"
and in a match against vader, before the match, mick told vader to repeatedly hit him in the nose so mick would break his nose to show blood,
also ive seen this video where foley gets his ear torn off

I've saw Kioada or Hebner give Cena a razor once, not sure which ref it was.

Yes. Also in Bret Harts DVD thing he states he does acctually hit when most wrestlers don't..

But, This kinda killed wrestling for me he said that Vince decided the winner before each match.. (I know wrestling is fake ect.. but it's still fun :) )

some fake some inst , in a an interview with al the famous wrestlers for some books they siad 80% is fake 20% is real :P the pain is real :P

All the blood is real nowadays.
But if you mean like most of wrestling is fake, then yes.
Storylines are made up so they know who is going to win before each match.
Some weapon shots are fake like HHH's sledgehammer shots, either he puts his hand over the sledge or the opponent puts their hands in the way.
Same with chair shots, some are fake.
But all blood is real.

I doubt its real. People die getting hit with that kind of stuff, its a wonder there havent been any wrestlers killed, I havent even heard of one being severly injured for life. They might get a few boo boos once and while, but for the most part its fake.

After a few whacks to the head, the cut will open and then they will start bleeding.
And there have been wrestlers killed and some severly injured for life.
Owen Hart died in wrestling.
A few others died, but not by wrestling, from some other stuff.
Also, a wrestler named Droz is injured for life as he tore a ligament or something and now hes in a wheelchair for life.

Indeed, no wrestling will ever be fully real, too much risk in it.
Too many people would be dieing and having serious brain damage from being wacked on the head with a chair or from repeatedly being hit with a sledgehammer.
