This is also on Habbo Brazil's (http://www.habbohotel.com.br) homepage. It might mean more pets in a room but maybe it's just one of those things to show how Habbo is all good and stuff.
I think this is just added to all of the newly designed homepages..

In version 9 they will change the limit to how many pets are allowed in one room. When people leave habbo, they make rooms for their pets but they can only get 2 in each room, so they have to make more than one room.
Thats the reason apparently
