Newsie pics quality

has any1 notived the lil effort going into some of the pictures in the newsie lately?

i mean on this of the news desk the image isnt changed its just rotated so words r backwards

and the dionysus pic isnt transparent or the background is the wrong colour

to be honest i dont really care but i guess they may aswell ask fans to do the pics ... less work for them and makes people feal more involved

Not really, it depends what you cview the site in. Firefox may look ok, but IE may not. They both use different hex colours or something along those lines.

Nah, they use the same hex codes, I believe it has something to with frames.

if the dionysus-speaker-corner image is a .png that sometimes affects the lightness/darkness of the image in IE compared to Firefox. Obviously they didn't make the background transparent.

They probably use Firefox as opposed to IE, as it's meant to be safer.

IE does support transparent .pngs - just not Alpha Transparency :)

Yes, but I am not one of the posh people with IE7, even though it looks all posh and shnazzy, and finally with tabbed browsing. It looks good, but I am not fortunate enough to have it, sir. :)
