Few months back There was a Help Desk named Frosty Help, named after 6x.fr0steh.x9 (me x]) , the owner of the desk.
Now it SHALL BE BACK
with a new name, and a new look.
Snowy Help, the new name, is more professional now.
We will have separate teams for Jobs, and once a week, each team will battle their team members in the game, and the winner, will get a Payment.
So yeah, you help people, and you get furniture if you win tournaments.
Like last time, you can buy VIP. VIPs get rights and privlages to all the non-staff-related things to do. But VIPS can use the staff entrance. VIPS also get to be part of the forum for the site. But once your vip expires, your account on the forum will be unaccessible, rights will be removed, and staff entrance password will be changed.
Also like last time, there are Trials. Trials get the same thing as Vip, except the staff entrance. They also dont get as many features on the forum. Trial is alot cheaper, but it only lasts half as long as Vip. Its more expensive to buy Trial every time it expires than Vip, and vips get more features.
But one new thing about the help desk is the volenteer games. 2 times a week, non-staff and non-vip/trials get to go into tournaments, and get furniture of their own.
Another new thing is the Volunteer Witness Program. If A Staff Member Sees someone in the Desk alot, and they do things to help out the desk and help other non-staff people, they can be recommended to be staff, vip, or trial, for free.
The last new thing is the Holiday and Agreement Rewards Program. Every holiday, all members of the desk recieve gifts. The Agreement part of the Program, if you accept the Agreement (bottom) then you get gifts for your time being in the center. If you stay in the center for 1 month, you get a small give, 2 months, a larger gift, 4 months, larger gift, 8 months, larger gift, 1 year, Largest gift (Usually 2 rares). But the Aggreement program ends after 1 year, and if you want to continue the program, you have to pay a small fee, and the program will start over. (you do not get larger gifts then the first year, you start over from the begining)

Management - Team of 3. You will manage the desk when im not around
(Get Rights)
Lists - Team of 3. You update the stickies when Im not around (Get Rights)
Helpers - Team of 7. You work at the desk and control the Staff Entrance, to make sure noone gets in. (No Rights)
Rule Enforcers - Team of 4. You Strictly do not do anything but Give warnings or Kick people if they misbehave. Any other thing there will be consequences (Rights)
VIP Handlers - Team of 3. You handle the privleges and forum for the vip and trial members. ( no rights )
Forum Maker/Designer - Team of 2. - You design layouts, and make the forum step my step. You get every privalege in the desk possible as well. (Rights)
snowy help is not responsible for any job loss. and if you are a vip and you get a new account, snowy help will not give vip accesibilities to the account. same with trials.
SIGNING UP FOR THE AGREEMENT.
This agreement consits of a reward program that comes with staff start if this agreement is accepted by him or her.
1. You will be with Snowy Help for at least 4 weeks.
2. You understand that if you are with us for over a year, and purchase another roll of the rewards program, you accept that if Snowy help closes at any time, you may not ask for any payment back.
3. If snowy help does not have you recieve your payment the moment you should, you wont say anything for 4 days.
4. You know that you only get payments every 2, 4, 8, and 12 months.
5. A new year of payment for the rewards program costs 5 creds a year after you sign up for the first time.
6. Snowy help may close at any time during any year, and you may not get your reward if they close before the 1st of each month.
7. Trashing, scamming, ect. in the center is not accepted, therefore the 1st time you do it, you will be warned. 2nd time, You will be banned from the rewards program and warned again, 3rd time, fired and banned from the desk.
8. You are what you were hired for first,and cannot change your occupation unless asked.
9. Follow these rules or you will be banned from the program.
If you Accept, pm me with the occupation you would like, and say "I accept the Agreement"
If you decline, but still want to be staff, say the occupation you want and say "I decline the Agreement"
