I am creating a New Runescape forums since my vBulletin software were just laying on my Desktop.

I have no time to set for it's open but hopefully won't be long.

I would like to know on what would you like to see on it if you did register and such =P

I.e What forums, and such ;)

these are the one that should be created:
Black Market (people trade cash for membership, or real like money for cash)
Trading Market (trading runescape goods)
General (just stuff..)

Try to make it official, not like a one timer then no one comes again. Make something that people will enjoy, maybe free VIP if they beat you etc. Make it better then HxF. That's probably the only way you'll get more members to join. ;)
