I've been IP banned since v7 trust me... i've reset my IP enough times to know. and ive only ever had one ID ban.

You know, you are not one to talk. You have about 10 accounts that have been banned because you spammed the hell out of this forum with pointless posts and stupidly large images which obviously shows you know nothing of cropping "/

I think they do IP and ID bans. I have been ID banned on my account when I supposedly admitted to hacking (shows how dumb mods are, no?). But, I think IP banning has only just come into practice, considering some people have had bans and changed their shockwave ID and still been banned.
