I'm only accepting people that will transfer funds onto my namecheap account.If this does not sell I will put it up for sale on namecheap.Looking for roughly $10

I Would not Trust stevenly he stole my 6.50 when i payed him for a domain and hosting blocked me and left it, just to let him know it's being reported to paypal i also have chatlog's of the convo so don't try get out of it.

Lol. You should keep documentation and proof of scam and then show your lawyer. Like I would make people sign invoices or whatever as well as the money involved would be recorded just incase I was scammed.
