Buying HC sofas and Other rares for runescape money

I have just over 1.8mil at the moment on runescape, thats just in cash not including over 4mil worth of items. I am looking to buy habbo rares and here are some of my prices:

HC sofa - 60k
Throne - 1.2mil
Any 0.5Hc rare (Mochamaster, Dicemaster, Icecream machine) - 30k

I am most interested in HC sofas and thrones, however if you have a good rare, I will be prepared to offer high, reply here if you are interested.
