Bad neck >.<

Erm just a random thread, but i have a really bad neck, like muscles tightened and stuff. I blame it on my raving and headbanging last nigth ¬.¬
But any quick helpfull tips too sooth it? And dont say go see a doctor. I want like pain relief or sumat. and no tablets.
