Im buying habsie.com from JesusOfSuberia (Quake) and when i asked for the Cpanel address so i could have it ready he said its in the directory or something and that hell transfer it to me when i pay him.

Is this correct?

If you are just buying the domain name then there will be no hosting therfore no Control Panel except Domain Name Control Panel where you can change Nameservers etc.

If he is offering hosting with the package then the Control Panel link would just be www.Habsie.com/cpanel

yeh hosting aswell but the cpanelk link doesent work

Then hat means it doesn't come with cpanel.
