The knives are iron. The pots are 50 super strengths, 100 super attacks and 23 weapon poison.

1k for the attacks
600 each for bloods
150 each for the chaos
I think those are the right rune prices, they were last time i checked

Oh yes, I now have 14k fires, not 10k. And I've also sold the plate, scimmy and iron arrows
