Lol i like the idea but its just a re-coloring of a speech corner. 6/10. Try putting a Piece of glass in the middle of it and put SWAT on it. Also cut away the ends where it sticks out on the sides

Its alright...i guess its a good recolor....but really I fail to see how it will control a crowd. Maybe more like a sort of console thing? If you are going to keep that one, I agree with the others. Try making it bigger, too. 6/10 :$
