Well, im a veggie and people say its all healthy but its not but here is a great vegetarian meal which I make myself it is that simple! (I made it up because i didnt know what to do last night)
u need-
Vege Mince
Fajita wrap fings
A selection of colourful veg- think broad beans and diced carrots
Vegetarian Gravy
Salsa sauce
Stir-fry the vege mince and veg in a wok with water until they seem cooked which is probably about 5-10 mins. Cook a small amount of quite thick gravy and add it to the wok. Then heat up the wrap things and put the mince and veg on it. Put a little bit of salsa sauce on it and fold the wrap up! Serve with fresh salad or potato wedges!
This is a healthy meal which can be adapted for meat.
